• "Free shipping" in certain offers refers to free shipping to Greater Cairo (urban areas and cities in Cairo, Giza, and Shubra in Qalyubia).

• We aim to ship all orders within [two] business days of receiving payment.

• Express and immediate shipping is available via Marsool, Uber, or InDrive by directly contacting sales. Payment for the product is made through Vodafone Cash or InstaPay, and the shipping cost is paid upon delivery, based on the distance and pricing of each delivery service.

• For express shipping, the cost is determined by fast delivery programs like Uber, InDrive, and Marsool. It is not included in the product price and varies based on distance. We have no control over the pricing or the ability to offer discounts.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination.

7- Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but please note: • Children's costume items are specific to certain occasions and cannot be used for the event and then returned, regardless of the reason, even if all tags remain intact.

• To ensure that our customers receive products without defects or size issues, we allow you to open the package in the presence of the delivery representative to verify that all accessories are included (if applicable), that the set is complete (if divided into pieces), and that the product is free from defects, tears, stains, and matches the chosen model, color, and size.

• If a defect is found or the shipment does not match the order, contact sales immediately, return the shipment contents to the delivery representative to ensure that nothing is lost, and the shipment will be returned to the company's warehouse.

• If you refuse to accept or exchange the product, you only pay the shipping cost, and the product cost will be refunded via the same payment method.

• We bear the shipping cost if the product received differs from the order (wrong model, color, or size) or if the item has defects such as tears, stains, or is unsuitable for use due to shipping damage. This requires contacting sales, sending product photos via WhatsApp, and returning the item to the delivery representative immediately.

• If you waive your right to inspect the package upon delivery, acceptance of the shipment is final, and no exchange or return is allowed due to the nature of the product, as explained in point one of the Returns and Refunds section.
